Broadstone Care Ltd is an independent, owner managed, homecare provider. A decision was made not to buy into a franchise, because we want to deliver the type of care that we believe in and not someone else's vision.

We provide services to adults over the age of 18 and in accordance with their own personalised care plan. Receiving care for the first time can be a daunting prospect, but we aim to provide the services that you need and in the way that you want them delivered. Our homecare assessors will happily meet with you and your family to discuss your goals and how we can safely achieve them.


Our Vision


At the core of our vision for Broadstone Care Ltd we aim to ensure that service users maximise their independence by assisting with all types of personal care, which will allow them to remain in the comfort of their own home safe in the knowledge that they will have the support they require.

By encouraging people to do as much as possible for themselves, but providing assistance where appropriate, we will promote independence and free choice.

We will tailor care packages to each individual's needs by including the service user and their families from the start of the process. The packages will also be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that the individual's needs are being met and will be altered when required with full participation by the service user and others involved in the package of care.
Broadstone Care Ltd is acutely aware of the need to promote inclusion, diversity and equality and our aim is to ensure that a service user's preferences are detailed from the outset in all care packages. We will instil in all staff the need to respect the beliefs, culture and values of all service users.

The services we offer will ensure that we help individuals maintain a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle, whether this be by preparing nutritional meals or encouraging people to participate in activities they may not normally consider.
Our paramount objective is to ensure people are safe and secure. Our policies and procedures are strictly adhered to by all of members of staff.  We will carry out risk assessments on each person's home to ensure that all areas of the property are safe and secure including front and back doors, security lights and we can arrange fitting key safes. In addition our assessment will ensure that a person's home has been adapted to suit a person’s needs and requirements, which will help to maintain their safety.  By working in partnership with all concerned agencies, professional and family members we will ensure that all service users receive the level of care required and that their care packages fully reflect their needs.
