Here at Johnnie Johnson Housing, we're now looking for a Transformation Programme Lead to join us.

As our Transformation Programme Lead, it will be your challenge to deliver innovative and comprehensive solutions via project methodologies (agile and waterfall) that drive efficiency and deliver an enhanced internal and external customer experience. You will be responsible for successfully managing the delivery of the organisation's transformation programme and corporate strategy. Utilising your project management skills, you'll keep the customer at the heart of what you do and create positive stakeholder engagement to navigate project challenges and deliver the best outcomes.

Our Team

Our team is a really lovely (if we don't mind saying so ourselves!) close knit Project Management Team of eight. We're led by our Assistant Director of Customer Experience, Communications and Change and as well as providing support to the organisation, we support each other too. We work hard but we also like to have fun too and you'll often find us catching up outside of work! The wider team is great too, you'll sit within our wider CX and Digital Innovation directorate, which consists of Communications, Marketing, Digital Engagement and Continuous Improvement, as well as ICT, Data and Insights. We'll shortly strengthen our function further with the additional of Customer Experience Design. It's an exciting directorate to be part of, with a common goal to deliver outstanding customer and colleague experience!

About You

With highly developed project management skills and a project management qualification (PRINCE2 & Agile), you will have experience in a similar senior role. An excellent communicator who likes making decisions and having accountability. You will be able to manage numerous complex projects, enjoy working at pace and have a successful track record of influencing, giving professional advice and building effective and productive relationships.

You will work in a way that keeps the customer at the heart of what we do and create positive stakeholder engagement to navigate project challenges and deliver the best outcomes as part of our Customer First approach. You'll anticipate the evolving needs of the organisation and propose/deliver initiatives, exploiting advances in technology, improving processes, data quality, reporting systems and the development of business insight.

You will be a natural leader - someone who can adapt, embrace and manage change and who is comfortable when it comes to addressing concerns with team members.

Finally, you will be someone who is meticulous with detail, managing the overall Transformation Programme budget, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, capturing benefits and communicating updates through to the Leadership Team and Executive.
