Key Responsibilities: -
You will be responsible for providing an accurate and efficient administration service for all aspects of the department in which you are based, focusing on supplier invoice checking and inputting on to Sage, providing support to colleagues in relation to administrative procedures as appropriate in line with Company policy and procedures.
Further responsibilities include being a first point of contact for the department responding to a variety of queries from colleagues and external customers as appropriate, maintaining administrative processes and systems to ensure the smooth-running of all daily administration activity, and the provision of an excellent service to internal and external customers.
You will also be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of related projects and initiatives across the company as required, escalating issues or concerns to the Management promptly where appropriate.
Finally, your responsibilities will include completing general administration responsibilities in line with business needs, including providing administrative support to the other members of staff and management where necessary and carrying out additional or alternative duties which are appropriate to the role, as reasonably required by the Company.
