Bridge College is the Together Trust’s specialist education college for students aged 16 to 25 years with disabilities, complex needs and autism. Promoting a multidisciplinary approach to learning the college has expertise in supporting students with a wide range of needs.

About You

We’re looking for an efficient and effective administrator to support finance within the college.This will involve undertaking a diverse range of administrative tasks including ordering of goods and services, operation of Soldo and petty cash system, reception cover duties, maintenance of financial records, general clerical duties and liaising with Together Trust Finance Department.

The post holder will keep well-organised files and records of business activity and information pertaining to students up to date. This is a dynamic role and the post holder will be able to work flexibly to support the needs of the senior leadership team in ensuring students remain at the centre of all processes.

Education/Qualifications and experience

-Good standard of general education – 5 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent, English Language and Mathematics

-Qualifications related to the job role e.g. Level 3 Finance and/or Administrative qualificationor experience working with and advising on financial policies

-Administrative experience

-Good IT skills including the use of databases and spreadsheets
