The Assets Officer has a key role in supporting the work of the Assets Team by providing excellent services to our customers and colleagues, using various communication methods. We currently have an opportunity for an Assets Officer to join us for an 18 month fixed term period.

Within this supportive role, you will be the initial point of contact within the Assets Team for Capital Programme enquiries from both customers and internal colleagues.  You will provide a supportive function to the Assets Team from administrative duties to assistance with the development and communication of the Capital Investment Programme.

With experience of providing a data focussed service demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, you must be familiar with standard I.T. packages such as Microsoft Excel and Word.  You should be competent at recording and assessment of data and meticulous to detail. A good level of education is essential and you must work well under pressure with an exemplary, positive attitude and ability to solve problems creatively.

The role requires flexibility, great interpersonal skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a range of enquiries.
