Job overview

We are looking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator for our Unison team based within Stepping Hill Hospital

 

You need to be an enthusiastic, flexible and resourceful individual to support our growing organisation. The Administrator will provide a range of administrative and organising support across a number of functions.

You will provide an administrative/ organisational support service undertaking a wide range of duties including maintaining diary management, producing and maintaining databases, co-ordination of meetings and events. 

You will need to use UNISON’s IT applications and relevant office equipment

You will need to be IT proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other software packages, d help to maintain databases including case management records.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and an understanding of confidentiality
