Duties and Responsibilities

The right Business and Lettings Apprentice will be asked to:

  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and offer excellent customer service
  • Deal with incoming enquiries via post and email in a timely manner
  • Book appointments and meetings for viewings of properties
  • General admin duties – filing, photocopying, data entry onto online systems
  • Once confident in the position, you may visit locations and offer viewings to potential tenants
  • Update the website with new listings and information when required
  • Follow up with feedback from clients regarding the service
  • Prepare paperwork for tenancy agreements

More duties and opportunities will be given through the course of the Business and Lettings Apprenticeship


Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English A*-C/9-4 are desired for this apprenticeship


Skills Required

Our client is searching for a Business and Lettings Apprentice who has:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Prior customer service experience is desirable
  • IT literacy – Microsoft Office, internal systems
  • High level of accuracy and able to complete tasks to a professional level
  • Great time management and organisation
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently


Future Prospects

The right apprentice will work towards a highly recognised level 3 qualification. After completion the Business Administration Apprentice, a full-time position may be offered.


Training Provided

The Business Administration Apprentice will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration standard. Full training will be provided by face-to-face tutor visits, online resources etc. Our 360 Apprenticeships are completely work based learning and full training will be provided.
