Business Support Assistant
1 x Full Time – Fixed Term for 12 months (open to job share)
Stockport Council’s Business Support Service is looking to appoint a full time Business Support Assistant to support our colleagues within the Special Education Needs Service to process Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) Annual Reviews.
Tasks will include;
Liaising with EHCP Caseworkers and Business Support colleagues to collate annual review documentation;
Liaising with education establishments to gain information and paperwork;
Upload and process information to our case management system Liquid Logic;
Support the EHCP Caseworkers to meet statutory timescales
This is a very fast paced environment which works to very strict statutory deadlines to allow for the best possible outcomes for young people and their families. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced of environment and knowledge of the Education Health Care Plans would be an advantage, but not essential as full training and support will be given.
