We’re looking for a Carecall Administrative Assistant to help support the administrative function for the Carecall Concierge Service which enables customers to live independently in their own home and help them to feel safe and secure, knowing help is at hand if needed.

Whilst the working pattern for the Carecall Admin Assistant would predominantly be during the day Monday to Friday, the Carecall Concierge Team provides 24/7 support and care to both Stockport Homes Customers as well as a range of Private Clients. They provide excellent Telecare services and customer service to a range of customers, with packages varying from monitoring only to a full Warden response. 

 

The role is varied and is integral to the effective operation of the service. Some key elements of the are:

Effectively deal with all new customer enquiries in a positive way selling the benefits of the Carecall Service
Promote Carecall’s Universal Offer converting enquiries into new customers through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Provide an excellent customer service at all times
Building strong relationships with other services areas, both internal and external, to ensure best outcomes for customers
Maintain accurate customer records that are kept up to date
Ensure that all aspects of the invoicing billing processes are completed
Produce reports and maintain records to ensure that all administrative functions are well organised and stored securely with appropriate accessibility

 

We’re looking for candidates who:

Hold excellent customer service skills
Strong IT skills with excellent Microsoft Office experience
Have the ability to work both autonomously and within a large team
Are flexible and adaptable in an ever changing, fast-paced, reactive working environment
