Compliance & Information Officer
Creative Support wish to recruit a highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail to join our Property Services Team based in Stockport. Working on property related regulatory compliance and administration, ensuring that the wider team has access to full and accurate information necessary to do their jobs effectively.
You will need to organise inspections and tests, collect and organise data, maintain up to date records, provide reports for senior colleagues and contribute to reports for the Board of Trustees.
In order to fulfil this challenging and varied role you will need to be proactive, well organised and have a keen eye for detail. Whist maintaining a focus on business priorities, you will be able to work quickly to achieve deadlines. You will be numerate and IT literate, comfortable using and manipulating spreadsheets and databases. The ability to accurately input, organise and interrogate data is essential. You must be assertive and personable in interactions with contractors. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
It is desirable but not essential that applicants have relevant experience of the housing or property sector. It is essential however that you can demonstrate prior experience of carrying out complex and responsible administrative work and can demonstrate an ability to learn quickly. Applicants should hold a degree or other relevant qualification or training.
All applicants should have a strong and genuine interest in Creative Support’s activities. The successful candidate will be expected to attend training and keep abrest of current property related compliance for registered housing providers.
The Compliance and Information Officer will be required to contribute to our Out- of-Hours Duty Rota and to work flexible hours on occasion to meet priorities.
