Customer Service Agent

Previous Contact Centre Customer Service experience would be an advantage

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit 6 self - confident and resilient Customer Service Agents


Handling customer contacts through multiple channels with emphasis on digital channels focusing on Live Chat, Email and Social Media. There will be some phone customer contacts.

Performing within set target boundaries.

Use of local CRM to update order information accurately.

Liaising with Finance/Technical support team to resolve queries.

Managing Customer expectations to provide an excellent customer experience.

Providing general admin support to supervisors and manager.

Key Skills Required:

Customer Service experience working in a sales/retention/debt recovery environment
Experience within an FCA regulated environment and knowledge of Treating Customers Fairly.

About You:

Effective time management and attendance

Microsoft Office skills – notably Outlook and understanding of Excel

High attention to detail – excellent spelling and use of grammar

Experience with Live Chat and Social Media

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Patient with good sense of humour

Effective team player

Flexible in approach and with working hours/shifts

Additional Information:

· You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern.

· You will work 9.00 am to 5.00 pm or 12 noon to 8.00 pm

· Your shift pattern will include weekend working, although you would only ever work a total of 5 days in one week.

Your first 2 weeks of employment will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, whilst undergoing training at our Head Office in Stockport.
