We have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Experience Agent to join the CXC department at our flagship dealership in Stockport.
This is a great opportunity working 40 hours per week with a salary of £19,697
You will be:
Working as part of a team; responsible for answering all inbound telephone calls covering all departments and enquiry types.
Ensuring calls are directed to the relevant teams, departments or colleagues in a timely and accurately manner.
Maintaining the professional image and reputation of the company in all contact with customers and internal colleagues.
Maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level by providing a high quality and pro-active service.
Supporting Team Leaders with various tasks when necessary.
Representing the business and maintaining the group’s mission and vision.
You will have:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
Ability to deal with busy inbound calls and live chats.
Great organisational and time management skills.
Good IT skills
