To provide administrative support to the Customer Relations team as well as carry out general office duties



Customer Relations Duties:

  • Ensure phone calls are answered promptly and courteously
  • Process orders through the in-house system
  • Deal with customer queries through to completion
  • Liaise with other departments as necessary to get any aspect of the role completed successfully
  • Basic Credit Control assistance such as processing daily payments
  • Deal with general accounts queries from customers via email or phone
  • To produce basic accounts reports


General Office Duties:

  • Front of house duties – greeting visitors
  • Assist with the daily post – inbound and outbound
  • Maintain accurate office systems, including filing

Person Requirements

  • 5 x GCSEs at A*-C/ 9-4 including maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good level of computer literacy – Word and Excel
  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions successfully through to completion
  • Experience of dealing with customers on the phone or face to face
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working under own initiative
  • Punctual
  • Reliable
  • Friendly
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn

Training Provided:

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

Functional Skills in maths, English and ICT (If required)
