The Role

Customers are the most important part of our business. They come first in everything we do.

You will be responsible for retaining customers our customers and adding value to their business through the promotion of additional products. This is an ideal role for someone with a sales and customer service background, who is looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-growing and vibrant organisation.

What You Will Do...

Understand customer issues and proactively identify solution
Reinforce the takepayments values and provide customers with reasons to stay.

Work as part of a team to manage and maintain a customer base of over 50,000 small businesses
Collaborate across all teams to resolve customer issues
Match products and pricing with customer needs
Renewals of customer contracts to prevent loss to competitors
Support our customers with business growth through the promotion of technical solutions
Deliver a fantastic customer experience.


What You Will Bring...

Experience within retentions or sales is essential.
Experience of working to targets.
Experience of working within a contact centre environment.
Confidence to use experience and data in deciding what a customer is worth and what is required to keep them
Ability to build instant customer rapport
A natural affinity with problem-solving
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues

What you will get…

A starting salary £20,000 plus uncapped monthly commission! If you are succeeding in the role you will be earning a minimum commission of £10,000 per annum growing to £20,000 for our top performers.

Working 40 hours per week, you will be allocated shifts between 08:30 and 17:30 Monday – Friday. You will also have the option of working overtime for 4 hours on Saturdays paid at a rate of time and a half.
