Customer Service Advisor (Finance & Banking Industry)

Are you looking to develop your customer service career in the finance or banking industry? 

We're recruiting for 30 Customer Services Advisors to join our growing Outbound Customer Excellence team working from home on a full-time, permanent basis.


What the job involves

You'll be provided with full training and all IT equipment. On a day-to-day basis you'll be involved with:

  • answering incoming calls from existing, small/medium business customers who have taken out a loan from the bank
  • providing support in relation to government backed loan schemes to help customers who are struggling financially due to the impact of COVID-19 on their business
  • delivering excellent customer care, showing empathy and strong listening skills to help find solutions


Who we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good level of Maths and English
  • Desire to progress your career in customer service within the banking or finance sector
  • A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience*

* You don't have to have worked in a call centre or telephone sales role before. We'd also like to hear from you if you have face-to-face customer service experience, such as from a retail or hospitality role.


What's on offer

This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday on a rotational shift pattern (with occasional Saturdays 8am-4pm)
