We are looking for highly customer focussed individuals to join our existing
Customer Service Team based in Wigan. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with customers through various channels providing professional and courteous responses to customers whilst maintaining the highest service levels. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn new subjects from a position of zero knowledge whilst acquiring a detailed knowledge of computer systems. Being able to multitask and adapt to change is essential for the role along with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for taking inbound telephone calls, responding to email enquiries, and monitoring our Live Chat facility for a varied range of customer enquiries which include Parking Notices issued, parking permits, and parking bookings. Accuracy and a high attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information provided is paramount.
What you'll bring:
As a Customer Service Agent is a front-line service for our business, you will be able to demonstrate excellent customer services skills and effective listening to build rapport with our customers and be able to respond to enquiries in a professional manner. Experience of working in the parking industry is desirable but by no means essential. Full accredited training will be provided to all successful candidates.
What we'll offer you:
£18,574 per annum
40 hours per week, working pattern is from Monday to Friday between 8:00 - 20:00 and Saturday 8:00 - 14:00. The role may also include home working.
5,6 weeks annual leave per annum rising to 6.6 weeks with long service.
