The purpose of the role is to contactpeople who have made online web enquiries looking for assistance.

Tasks and duties will include:

  • Deciding whereenquires should be signposted too and warm transfer these enquires.
  • Keepmanagement information up to date and accurate using Excel spreadsheets andinternal CRMs
  • Effective use of the Microsoft Office package
  • Outbounddialing to connect with online enquiries then transferring to a specialist

This role would suit a confident individual who, preferably, has some customer service experience.


Qualifications Required

GCSEs in English and Maths


Skills Required

  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable on the phone and a confident telephone manner

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to discuss a permanent role for the right candidate.


Training Provided

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills Level 1 Maths (if required)
  • Functional Skills Level 1 English (if required)
