Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Help with any queries from customers
  • Act as front desk helpline - Offering advice, looking at issues, act as technical support
  • Pass calls to first/second line support if unable to solve issues
  • Assist in the sales process of the business
  • General business administration duties e.g. – filing, updating online systems, replying toemails etc.


Qualifications Required

GCSEs A* / C (9 / 4) including Maths and English are required


Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task
  • IT literate and tech savvy – having a good understanding of using online systems and software is desirable
  • Organisation and time management
  • Confident to work independently and in a team


Future Prospects

For the right candidates, a full-time permanent role may be available upon completion of the Customer Service, which is a highly recognised and transferable qualification.

Our Microsoft partnered training provider, delivers a high quality of training through Skype calls and one-to-one sessions within the workplace.
