We're recruiting for 15 Customer Service Executives to join our growing team.

What the job involves

You'll be provided with full training and all IT equipment. On a day-to-day basis you'll be involved with:

• contacting existing customers to book their annual boiler service
• making outbound customer service calls, including complaints handling

Who we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Excellent communication skills
• A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience*

* You don't have to have worked in a call centre or telephone sales role before. We'd also like to hear from you if you have face-to-face customer service experience, such as from a retail or hospitality role.

What's on offer

This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, as well as every other Saturday.

You'll receive:

• Full training
• All IT equipment
• Competitive rates of pay: £8.20 per hour for under 25s and £8.72 per hour for over 25s
• Up to £200 bonus per month
