The successful candidate will help develop VCG’s digital marketing activity, manage and maintain the company website and support the wider, strategic marketing plan.  

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You’ll be tech-savvy, will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing, and will bring great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns. 

Within this role, you will be expected to carry out a range of duties including email marketing, digital marketing, social media management, reporting, design management and video/YouTube creation. 

Role Responsibilities 

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:  

Manage and maintain WordPress website 

Manage internal and external email communications via platforms  

Create product / service landing pages on website and LinkedIn 

Brief web design for new templates and on page functionality  

Use Google Analytics and SEO tools to analyse performance, traffic, search reports  

On page content and conversion optimisation  

Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website 

Utilise systems and tools for marketing automation and lead generation  

Maintain and analyse the latest digital trends and bring in new digital and marketing tactics  

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers 

Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) 

Prepare regular internal reports that provide insight into performance, set campaign metrics and measure impact and performance  

Assist with aligning key performance indicators per campaign to the wider marketing performance metrics  

Create marketing and sales dashboards using internal CRM platforms or external tools  

Cross-collaborate and liaising with external teams to create online content  

Manage paid search campaigns via third party  

Implement new systems and tools and work with internal stakeholders to integrate marketing and sales systems as to when that is required  


Skills & Experience 

Key Skills and Experience would include but not limited to:  

  • Project management skills or digital end-to-end campaigns experience  
  • Analytical approach commercially focussed to deliver result/profit-based outcomes.  
  • Excellent written skills 


  • Professionally qualified in business, marketing, or a related field 
  • Digital marketing experience and current forms i.e., social media and content marketing  


  • Photoshop or design management experience  
  • Agency or paid search experience  
  • Pardot, Hubspot, Force24, CRM experience  
  • Understanding of remarketing techniques and tools  

Personal Qualities 

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities 
  • Passionate about Marketing, Brand creation and promotion
