Job overview

An exciting opportunity is available for an individual to join our busy Emergency Department team as an Emergency Department Receptionist

We are looking to recruit a receptionist for 27 hours a week on a permanent contract

The successful candidate will be expected to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Main duties of the job

Candidates must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be a good team player and be able to work well under pressure.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

You will be required to provide a general reception service to all personnel who access the Emergency Department.

If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £26.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary

In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
