We’re looking for a Health and Safety Compliance Manager to join us. This key role within the team will take the lead for Three Sixty’s construction-based work and will promote a safety first culture. Three Sixty is the contracting division of Stockport Homes Group and delivers £20m a year of construction projects including Newbuild, Capital/Investment Works and Maintenance.

Working alongside the Group Health and Safety Manager, you’ll continually strive to improve performance and ensure all legal requirements and best practice are followed. Being a knowledgeable expert in construction related health and safety, you’ll work in partnership with managers and colleagues to ensure that a proactive approach to safety and statutory provisions are fully embedded within the Group. Further to this you’ll ensure that managers comply with all health and safety processes, regulations and best practice.

You’ll have a proven track record in health and safety management and supervision in a multi-site diverse construction operation, within the construction industry. It’s essential for you to have knowledge of all areas such as new build, repairs and maintenance. We’re also looking for you to have a strong track record of delivering sustainable safety performance improvement through behavioural change and in depth knowledge of health and safety law with the ability to understand the impact on SHG construction services. Ideally you will hold a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent and a recognised qualification in construction health and safety or relevant experience and a Membership of IOSH (Chartered or working towards).
