About the Kickstart Scheme:
Westpoint Recruitment are delighted to be offering Marketing Assistant Kickstart Placement for young people to help them kick start their careers in the recruitment industry and gain invaluable skills and experience.
The Kickstart Scheme is a programme specifically designed to help young people currently claiming Universal Credit and who are looking for an entry level position in a professional role and environment. For your application to be accepted you need to be currently claiming Universal Credit, committed to 25 hours of work a week and between the age of 16 and 24 years old. Interested applicants should speak directly to their Work Coach to discuss the opportunity further.
The Marketing Assistant will aid the Marketing Executive in daily activities such as scheduling and sending emails, social media posts, preparing for webinars and any other adhoc duties. They will have the opportunity to participate in all functions of marketing including copywriting, graphic design, videography and more.
Support the Marketing Manager where required
Liaise between departments within the business on marketing matters
Assist with organising and setting up events
Aid in scheduling posts for social and email marketing
Help grow our online community
