OUR WORK

Finding Rainbows is a non-profit organisation that offers support to anyone who has suffered the loss of a baby, child or through early pregnancy loss. 

We operate in Tameside and Greater Manchester but reach out across the UK and further to individuals and families seeking support.

 

Office administrator required to support the Founder of Finding Rainbows with the day to day organisation of the office 

Responsibilies:

  • Contacts service users to arrange appointments
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • May take care of website functions and social media profiles

Experience prefered but not essential as full training will be offered to the right person.
