Do you have experience in customer service, retail or hospitality?

We're recruiting for 10 Outbound Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team working from home on a full-time, permanent basis.


What you'll be doing

You'll be joining our Outbound Team of Customer Service Advisors. On a day-to-day basis you'll be involved with:

  • delivering a hassle-free customer journey (including handling complaints from time-to-time)
  • dealing with vulnerable customers and handling calls with extra care
  • taking a range of calls from customers with changing circumstances - such as home moves or payment defaults
  • making customers aware of all products and services that are available

You'll be given full training and provided with all IT equipment.


Who we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Caring and compassionate telephone manner
  • A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience*

* You don't have to have worked in a call centre or telephone sales role before. We'd also like to hear from you if you have face-to-face customer service experience, such as from a retail or hospitality role.


What's on offer

This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 4.30pm on Saturdays.

  • Competitive rates of pay: £9.14 per hour
  • Bonus of up to £21,500 OTE
