Pemberton Park and Leisure Homes Ltd is a successful manufacturer of quality Park homes and Leisure lodges and has been trading for over 70 years.
We currently require a Purchasing Administrator wanted for busy purchasing department who wishes to expand their career.
Duties will include but not limited to processing requisitions, After sales and return notes into purchase orders. Process Stock check sheets and convert into purchase orders. Update system prices query / highlight any price discrepancies.
Check and log order confirmation/acknowledgements. Schedule / re-schedule deliveries in line with changes in production. Obtain prices and update orders/system accordingly. Expedite overdue orders and Liaise with suppliers on supply matters. File all documentation and archive when necessary. Check and resolve invoice queries and credit notes.
Book delivery notes on to the system. Help with annual Stock take. Experience of using Syspro or other ERP system would be an advantage. Should be Excel and Word Proficient.
Benefits: 20 days holiday rising 1 day year up to 24 (shutdown at Xmas 2 weeks)
Salary up to £20,000 pa
