As well as robust management skills, this role requires technical registration experience to help lead our registrars to excel in meeting General Register Office compliance and overall high performance standards.
The role will lead and influence a team to ensure that customer service excellence is delivered to citizens accessing the service during key life events. The role will also support the Council’s ambitious plans on digital inclusion and reform.
Working with colleagues in Events and Hospitality the role will proactively develop the service to develop a one team ethos, motivating team members to achieve excellence in customer service and look to improve commerciality and income generation.
