Senior HR Advisor

We have two exciting New Roles giving you the opportunity to join our established HR team at Totally Local Company as a Temp-Perm Senior HR Advisor. 

We are a leading facilities management company based in Stockport, with a fantastic reputation for providing dedicated, specialist services to both public and private sector businesses across the borough and beyond 

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior HR Advisor you will work in partnership with our Divisional Heads and play a pivotal role in delivering our strategic vision. You will not only be bringing your HR knowledge and credibility; you will act as a HR Expert providing specialist HR advice and guidance on all generalist areas.  

You will be able to demonstrate strong experience in ER case management on a variety of HR issues; Attendance Management, Capability, Disciplinary, Maternity and Paternity, Flexible Working and TUPE ensuring relevant employment legislation and best practice is followed.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

You will be joining the team at a busy but exciting time working collaboratively with a team of seven made up of HR Advisors, Business Partners and communications. In addition to supporting and guiding our HR Advisors and Divisional Heads, you will be contributing to the delivery of several key HR and Business projects across a range of ER and absence cases.

The role is initially up to 12 months and is up to £30,000.
