Are you looking to build on your administrative and secretarial skills in a proactive, forward-thinking and supportive team?
To be responsible for processing queries through the office paper and electronic systems.
To organise and prioritise own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and urgent work is accommodated.
Maintaining up to date and accurate team diaries which include making appointments, arranging meetings, events and venues.
To be responsible for inputting, maintaining and retrieval of information from relevant databases and to assist in the preparation of statistical information.
Prepare for regular team meetings and support with note taking and follow-up actions as required.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The Surgery, Gastroenterology & Critical Care Management team are looking for a Team Secretary to support the senior management team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating diaries, room bookings, communicating with other Divisions and external agencies and other assorted administrative and clerical duties. For these purposes, the ideal candidate must have excellent and professional communication skills (both verbal and written), be able to manage several tasks at once and to prioritise them as appropriate, have great IT skills and be very well organised. Your work must be professional and accurate and you must have thorough understanding of Data Protection and GDPR.
GCSE Education Or Equivalent
