Technical Customer Service Advisor 


Full-time, Permanent



Are you an expert problem solver with excellent customer service skills? 

We're recruiting for 20 Technical Customer Services Advisors to join our growing team working from home on a full-time, permanent basis.


What the job involves

You'll be provided with full training and all IT equipment. On a day-to-day basis you'll be involved with helping customers with QuickBooks software and providing technical support, including:

  • assisting customers with software issues covering hardware, software and networking
  • researching and finding solutions to problems and queries
  • meeting KPIs relating to service levels and customer care
  • listening to customer needs and concerns, showing empathy and building relationships
  • completing accurate reports and updating accound records


Who we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good level of IT competency and technical awareness
  • Ability to solve problems and find solutions
  • A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience*

* You don't have to have worked in a call centre or telephone sales role before. We'd also like to hear from you if you have face-to-face customer service experience, such as from a retail or hospitality role.


What's on offer

This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday on a rotational shift pattern.

  • Competitive rates of pay: £8.20 per hour for under 25s, £8.72 per hour for over 25s
