Technical Customer Service Advisor

We're recruiting for 20 Technical Customer Services Advisors to join our growing team working from home on a full-time, permanent basis.
What the job involves
You'll be provided with full training and all IT equipment. On a day-to-day basis you'll be involved with helping customers with QuickBooks software and providing technical support, including:

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* You don't have to have worked in a call centre or telephone sales role before. We'd also like to hear from you if you have face-to-face customer service experience, such as from a retail or hospitality role.
What's on offer
This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday on a rotational shift pattern.
