Remote working from home with occasional visits to the office at either Oldham or Stockport.
Travel across Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale & Trafford may also be required occasionally.

The Citizens Advice services across Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford are leading providers of advice and information, supporting tens of thousands of clients every year and we are now looking to recruit ambitious individuals to join our growing team.
Working on our telephone AdviceLine service and/or other digital channels you will provide an Emergency Triage service to clients from across Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford supporting them to get the advice they need for the problems they face.
With a demand of over 50,000 calls per year, the AdviceLine service is the most popular access channel for clients to access information, advice and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a target driven environment where excellent customer service is provided and the client is at the heart of everything they do.
You will have the ability to control a telephone interview and/or digital communications whilst gaining the right level of information from the client allowing you to support the clients next steps in solving their issue.
