Finance Admin Assistant


Job Summary

  • To provide assistance to the finance team on data input, general queries and administrative tasks
  • Reports to Management Accountant
  • Most frequent duties in order of importance
  • Sales Import, daily task to be completed in the morning
  • Post credit card receipts to Sage 50
  • Process purchase ledger invoices & input to Sage 50
  • Check international invoices & process ready for payment
  • Reconcile purchase receipts to credit card statements
  • Enter customer invoice details to portal (1 customer)
  • Occasional duties in order of importance
  • Match a remittance on a customers account
  • Process customer payments


Skills & experience

  • Experience with administration / data entry
  • Good standards of literacy and numeracy
  • Functional skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage workload and prioritise independently
  • Personable and builds strong team relationships
