Course starts: 8th November

Over the two weeks of the course, your time will be split into a mix of online sessions and work experience placement days in a care home in Bury.
You will take part in workshops that will prepare you for your roles in health and social care, covering: safeguarding, resilience, transferable skills, and support with CV writing and job interview preparation.
You'll spend the majority of your time (around 80% of the course) undertaking a placement in a care home, gaining valuable hands-on work experience to prepare you for a permanent role with Next Stage.

Course ends: 19th November

On the Celebration Day, we will reflect on your experiences and celebrate your success. Next Stage will then work with you as you start your career in health and social care.
