What is a Traineeship?
A traineeship is a skills development programme that includes a work placement. It can last from 6 weeks up to 1 year, though most traineeships last for less than 6 months.
In Stockport, Jupiter Training are currently offering a range of traineeships for 16-18 year olds to gain the skills, qualifications and experience to progress into apprenticeships, employment and further education.
These opportunities are ideal if you’re unsure of what career choice to make and want to gain experience with real employers. You’ll be able to develop skills for the world of work, including CV building and interview techniques, as well as a commitment to progression and personal development.
