Kooth and Qwell are online, mental health and wellbeing services. Kooth for ages 10-25, Qwell for 26+.

What you’ll find on Kooth & Qwell includes:

  • Live text-based chat sessions with a member of our team- a counsellor or Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner
  • Send a message to to our team inbox anytime
  • Peer support through our discussion boards and live forums
  • A range of self-help tools including an activity hub (For Qwell instead of activities we have ‘Collections’ on topics such as grief and loss and parenting) , journal space and goal tracking
  • Helpful content written by other young people and our professional team
